Try this template to build your local's web site. NEA will provide a set of linked pages and graphics, you provide the content and the ISP.

Top Navigation
The navigation bar at the top of page is fully customizable. Click on each tab. A submenu can be defined for each tab, with an associated url for linking to another page. It uses a Macromedia Flash movie clip and an XML file. You only need to change the XML file to set the navigation just the way you want it.

Left Column Navigation
Try these template pages if you prefer to have the navigation positioned in the left column.

Netscape Composer or any Web authoring tool can be used to edit this page. Make sure to plan your page content and keep the navigation links consistent on your secondary pages. If you use Macromedia Dreamweaver, modify the .dwt page in the Template folder to fix the navigation links. View this Powerpoint presentation to help with content planning and web page design.

Graphics
All of the graphics used in this template are provided in the image folder. Adobe photoshop files are provided in the psd folder.

Cascading Style Sheet
This site also provides a style sheet that is used to maintain a consistent font size and style. Here are the styles used.
