F-5. Collective Bargaining Rights
The National Education Association believes that the
attainment and exercise of collective bargaining rights are essential
to the promotion of education employee and student needs in society. The
Association demands that these rights be advocated where they are now
abridged or denied and strengthened where they are now secured. (1980,
1993)
